Note on the General Data Protection Regulation
Personal information for the newsletters is collected in the forms of name, surname and email address. Collecting and storing personal information is organized by the cities.multimodal communications coordinator UBC Sustainable Cities Commission (Privacy Policy available here). Personal information collected is used as a database for sending newsletters about the cities.multimodal project activities throughout the project implementation. The newsletters are stored and disseminated via MailChimp (Privacy Policy available here). The database created for sending the cities.multimodal newsletters will be deleted by 2030.
