City of Gdansk

Gdansk is a historic harbour city located in the north of Poland with 463 000 inhabitants. Together with the cities Gdynia and Sopot, Gdansk forms the metropolitan area known as Tricity. Gdansk is known as the cycling capital of Poland and is involved in many sustainable mobility initiatives.

Pilot area: Central Business District

The pilot area is the Central Business District which is going throughout all the city alongside the main transport corridor. Most of Gdansk's big businesses are located in the pilot area.
